Alix Halpen

A native Calgarian inspired by Calgary’s beautiful landscape, abundant  park space and welcoming people, Alix took the exciting plunge into  Calgary real estate in 2018. 
 
Before working as a Realtor^®, Alix spent 20+ years in land development as  Marketing Director for Anthem United, where she acquired a vast range of  expertise in engineering, design and housing construction. She now uses  this knowledge to help her clients identify critical features when buying or  selling any style of Calgary home. 
 
While part of her success as a Realtor^® is due to her impressive  professional resume, Alix is also a natural communicator with excellent  people skills. Earning her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from the  University of Calgary in 1988, Alix enjoys working with people and knows  how to relate to individuals from all walks of life. 
 
In her ‘spare’ time, Alix volunteers for Calgary Reads, the Calgary Food  Bank, and serves as the President of Project Linus Canada,  a not-for-profit  organization providing a sense of security to children in need through the  gift of handcrafted blankets. 
 
Not surprisingly, clients frequently describe Alix as wonderful to work with  and someone who truly cares about her clients.
